Fixes

What is the “Your first 3 fixes” checklist?

When you start a paid plan, your dashboard picks the 3 changes from your own scan with the most impact, with steps for each. Mark each one done as you publish it; the next weekly check confirms it's live.

There can be a dozen fixes in a report. The checklist picks 3 from your own scan so you know where to start: usually the structured data that states your business details, your hours, and your Google reviews or listings. Each item says why it matters and opens the same copy-ready steps as the Fixes page.

  1. Open your dashboard and find Your first 3 fixes.
  2. Choose Show the steps, and publish the change yourself or send it to your web person.
  3. Choose Mark done. The next weekly check reads your site, and the item shows Confirmed by a check once the change is live.

How long it stays

The checklist shows in full for the first 14 days of your plan. If something is still open after that, it shrinks to a slim progress row, and it goes away after day 30. The three never change after a weekly check, so the list doesn't move under you.

Good to know

  • I need help opens a chat with your question already typed in.
  • While items are open, we may send a reminder on day 3 and day 7, if you get emails from us. Finishing early cancels them.
  • When all three are done, we show the date of your next weekly check. That check looks at your site, but AI answers move more slowly: see How long do fixes take to work?.
