Why isn't AI naming my business?

Usually because the pages and listings AI reads describe your competitors more clearly than you: services, service areas, hours, reviews and mentions on other sites. Your report shows the sources behind each answer and the fixes for each gap.

AI tools recommend businesses they can describe with confidence. They build that picture from your website and from other sites that mention you. The most common reasons a business is left out:

  • Your site doesn't say plainly what you do and where. A page that lists your services and the cities you serve is easier to quote than a homepage slogan.
  • Hours, phone or address are missing, or differ between your site and your Google Business Profile.
  • There is no structured data (a small block of code that states your business details for machines).
  • The sources the answers cite, such as directories, review sites, local news and "best of" lists, mention your competitors and not you.
  • Your business is new, or has few reviews and mentions outside its own website.

Your report shows which competitors were named, which sources each answer cited, and which of these gaps we found on your site. Start with the fixes marked high impact.

If you think we got it wrong

We only count a mention when your business name, your website or a distinctive version of your name appears in the answer. If an answer clearly names you under a different name and we missed it, send us the report link and the answer in question at morais.aaron@gmail.com and we'll check it.
